California Wildflowers

2019 was a beautiful year for enjoying California wildflowers. The rains were enough to encourage a wonderful bloom. I’m sure you heard of the lines of traffic piling up to see the poppies throughout the state. I enjoyed these on a quiet trail off the Ortega Highway - and had them all to myself. Using wildflowers within dynamic seed mixes in landscapes is something I want to explore further as a landscape architect.
