School Gardens

School gardens are an incredible opportunity to provide science curriculum while also bringing some color and interest to our campuses. Budgets are so stretched in our districts that landscapes are always relegated to the bottom of the pile. I enjoyed providing the design and planning of this garden for my son’s school and in partnership with teachers, YMCA staff and PTA groups the opportunities are endless with what we can do together to not only bring beauty to our campuses but enhance curriculum.
