Paving

After planting, paving is my obsession. My husband and I met in design school and we took a summer trip to Europe to do “the tour”. It was phenomenal. Seeing cities that have been around for hundreds of years changes your perspective on what age is and how beautiful the patina of time can be. Below I’m sharing some images from my favorite city we travelled to and its marvelous paving throughout. The city is Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic and the settlement of it started around 1240. The paving is not perfect but you can see how time has made it absolute.
